Our chefs prepare our homemade dishes with passion. We offer a selection of seasonal foods and beverages year-round, sourced primarily from regional producers. Because it’s not just smiles that are à la carte at LE BISTRO: On our food and drink menus, you’ll find game specialties from our own local hunt, crisp salads, Alsatian tarte flambée, grilled steaks, meat and cheese fondue, German classics and Grandma’s recipes, desserts, homemade cakes, and much more.
