Our home-made dishes in organic quality are prepared with passion by our chefs. All year round, we offer a selection of seasonal food and drinks from predominantly regional producers. It's not just smiles that are available à la carte at LE BISTRO: on our food and drink menus you will find game specialties from our own local hunt, crisp salads, Alsatian tarte flambée, grilled steaks, meat and cheese fondue, classics from Germany and grandmother's recipes, desserts, home-baked cakes and much more.
