Reservation and Cancellation Policy

We appreciate every reservation and carefully plan our seating arrangements to ensure that all guests enjoy a special experience.

Please understand that we can only guarantee a binding reservation after verbal or written confirmation.
The table will be held for you for 15 minutes. If you are running late, please let us know in good time.

If you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled reservation.
For later cancellations or no-shows, we charge a cancellation fee:

• €50 per person during the regular period
• €100 per person in December, as well as over the Easter, May Day, and Pentecost weekends, and during conferences.

Unfortunately, this rule became necessary due to repeated last-minute cancellations in order to ensure planning security for our team and give other guests the chance to get a table.
