The meat that we mainly source from local hunts comes from animals that were born and raised in the wild, that feed naturally in the seasonal cycle, that are subject to natural selection, that still have all their natural instincts, that live stress-free and unbound. As a result, game meat is hearty in structure, predominantly low in fat, rich in minerals and B2 vitamins and delicately aromatic in taste. Game meat is a different and better piece of meat because it is of high quality and not available at will.
